Project Objectives
  • Establish a permaculture-based agroforestry system that supports food security and ecological balance.

  • Implement water harvesting structures to ensure year-round water availability.

  • Enhance soil fertility through organic and regenerative practices.

  • Develop a farm-to-fork eco-tourism destination, promoting sustainable rural experiences.

  • Serve as a learning hub for farmers, landowners, and eco-entrepreneurs across North India.

Design Elements & Implementation
  1. Land & Water Assessment

    • GIS mapping of land contours, water flow paths, and microclimates.

    • Identification of key areas for swale construction and pond development.

  2. Earthworks & Water Harvesting

    • Precision design of contour swales, bunds, and rainwater percolation pits.

    • Creation of farm ponds to recharge groundwater and support irrigation.

  3. Agroforestry & Food Forest Development

    • Integration of fruit orchards (mango, guava, pomegranate), nitrogen-fixing species (Gliricidia, Leucaena), and native timber trees.

    • Design of multi-layered food forest zones for year-round yield.

  4. Soil Restoration & Organic Inputs

    • Use of compost, biochar, mulching, and natural farming amendments.

    • No chemical fertilizers or pesticides—fully organic regenerative model.

  5. Eco-Tourism & Community Engagement Zones

    • Spaces for eco-stays, workshops, and farm tours designed with sustainable architecture principles.

    • Promotion of farm-to-table experiences and local craft-based livelihood programs.
